Question

"What is different about the Gold Hog Viper Pro Flare Highbanker?"

Answer

"The Gold Hog Viper Pro Flare Highbanker is one of the most efficient fine gold recovery highbankers on the market today. The Viper Pro Flare treats your slurry like two different processing machines.
The top section is 12" x 48" and comes lined with aggressive matting for deep fast water. The energy is then "killed" in the flare connector. Then it must spread out and run very calm through the lower 18" x 48" section lined with quiet velocity matting."

Question

"What pump and hoses do you need to purchase"

"Answer"

Gold Hog Mining Equipment does not sell pumps or hoses.

"The unit requires at least 9200 GPH pump and uses more water than the original Viper. You may want to buy a 3" Semi-Trash Pump, reduce it down to 2" at the pump, and run 2" hose to the unit.
This will reduce the RPM of the engine to get the high water flows. Lower engine RPM's also result in better fuel economy.
You will need to purchase a 2" lay flat hose with 2" fittings to run from the pump discharge to the Viper Pro Flare header box. The header box has a 2" FEMALE thread fitting."

Note: Doc is using a Champion 2" Semi-Trash Pump in the test run video, but it must run at 100% throttle.

Question

"Are the optional Header Box Flares for sale?"

Answer

"Not to the public at this time. They are however for sale to current Viper owners or those ordering a Viper now.
If you are ordering the flares only, we will need to find your original order prior to shipping."
