I classify it several times and run each size over the water table. Anything that is 30 mesh and larger, I recover by hand, anything smaller I run over the water table. The classifier sizes that I use are 1/8th, 30, 50,70,100. Anything that falls thought the 100 mesh takes a bit of extra work, that's when I pull out the loop and check each speck before I brush it into the vial mounted to the bottom of the water table. then I re-run the 70, 100 and anything that was smaller than that in the bottom of the pail several times just to be certain that I am pulling as much of the gold out as I can. These mats really grab a hold of the very very tiny gold, a lot of it you can't see with a naked eye.

The gold you see in the photos I recently posted were in the plastic coin holder I showed you at GNG. That gold came from the GPAA Buchanan claim.

Ok so here are my cut gems ...Just got them today. With the Gold Hog High banker dredge combo we were able to wash and find gems 100x faster than with a classifier alone.

I put up the two edited photos where I labeled them. One will be in raw form, the other after being cut.
